Dealing with the Car Co was a pleasure. Ash was concise, thorough and knowledgeable. He had plenty of patience, and his explanations were clear. I would certainly buy another car from this company. So would my wife, who felt very comfortable.

I looked at buying an Audi from them, but chose not to. The service was mixed, the first time I called they didn't bother getting back to me, the second time I spoke with Longin who was really helpful.
For me when spending £25k on a car I want a decent warranty. They listed the car as coming with an independent warranty from Autoguard, I called Autoguard and they said they longer deal with them. I raised this with them and they now use a company called Motor Protect, which is owned by them. The terms and conditions state they can request the car is returned to them in Bury for repair, I live 300 miles away so wasn't up for this. Lastly as the warranty was no longer independent for these reasons I chose to find another car.
