After purchasing a 2014 Nissan Juke last year from The Car Co, I experienced a couple of unexpected & unforeseen faults with the transmission, one last year and one just recently. However the after sales service has been superb, with my personal thanks going to Graham Banks who supported me on both occasions, and help guide me through the warranty process to get a resolution and rectification.

Hugest of thank you’s and deserved recognition to Chris and Paul who helped me move into my new flat yesterday. Could not believe how quickly they got my belongings to point A to point B. So much stress and worry was reduced thanks to these two, they made what is usually a stressful and difficult task (especially for someone who does not drive) so easy - could not appreciate their help more. Friendly and amazing service, could not recommend better!!

5 star review!!! Id never heard of 360 before and to be honest i was a bit wary of buying a van over the phone with a company i had no knowledge of. They were 1st class not only did i save thousands against the local dealer,the van arrived weeks earlier than i was quoted. I cant thank russ and chris enough.100% recommend

Comfortable and clean rooms with good facilities. Great access to the gym and good selection of food available.
Room service App was a little hit and miss - had to go and pick up my order and was late.
