It was very easy to purchase the car and delivery was easy and on time. However there were lots of little errors with the car- starting with broken light and wheel arch not pinned in. These were rectified quickly and apologies received. Then we had no ssid code and the car wouldn’t charge (it’s a hybrid) so we had to go to a Mitsubishi garage and get this fixed so was without the car for a day again. The car did not come with a charging cable and the independent garage advised that used cars normally do. We also found a butter knife under one of the passenger seats. It has been frustrating with all the bits that have cropped up as we would have expected them to have been picked up either in valet or in check esp as the car was £20k and we were told it was such high quality that the price could not be wiggled on. Without the rainham Mitsubishi garage we would have a fancy hybrid that didn’t do it’s hybrid function.

Allowed to check after that the fault was rectified and left the company with a big smile. I definitely recommend to friends and family!
