Great choice of cars with great service. The car I wanted was quite specific and when I contacted the sales office they reserved it for me for 24 hours until I could get over to view it. It was MOT'd ready for me to view and drive away should we do the deal. The car was very well priced however I was unaware of the £199 admin fee which was a new thing on me when buying from a garage. It was negotiated into the deal so no big deal as long as your aware of it. Overall it was a good experience and I would return for my next car without hesitation. So far so good with the car and 6 months warranty if it goes wrong.

I can not fault this garage in anyway. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I went with my 19 year old son for him to buy his first car on HP. They helped us every step of the way and he was very pleased with the deal he received. I felt Az and Chris both went out of their way to help and were very friendly with no 'hard sales' which I always find off putting. We arrived with the intention of putting the wheels in motion (no pun intended) and expected to have to go back later in the week to finalise some details and collect the car but to my surprise it was all completed in one visit. I would highly recommend this garage and will definitely return in the future.

It started from the welcome,warm and friendly,they then left us to browse and inspect the wide range of cars they have to offer,we were offfered tea and biscuits yummy,we finally chose a car and then had a test drive ,went through paper work ,chose the finance deal to suit our budget,we did not feel any pressure, no pushy sales.
Great news we were accepted on finance great rate affordable payments ,we are now driving in our new car courtesy of all the team at the car sales company bury, we want to say thank you all ,we will be recommending to all our friends and family.

I can only base my review on my experience and I must say from my first contact to me leaving the forecourt with our new car I can honestly say I have changed my opinion of the stigma I associate with car salesmen. I first dealt with Jamie over the phone on Monday and he was great in sorting out my query which resulted in myself and my wife to go to showroom the following day to view the car I had discussed with Jamie, when we arrived we were greeted with a young chap and apologies I didn't get his name but he let us know that Jamie had taken ill and that Paul would be dealing with us and would we like a hot drink while we waited, we both accepted his hospitality and he went to get the keys so we could view the car. After we had a good look around the car we were met by Paul who was immediately personable and asked would we like to go for test drive, well we couldn't turn that offer down. On return Paul took us through the whole process as we knew this was the car for us and we can't fault how informative he was and this was late in the evening and even though we were conscious of the time Paul did not rush us and he got everything sorted so we could take the car that evening even if it meant him finishing late. Paul is a credit to your company and we would like to thank you all
