We had a really pleasant experience when my wife and I bought a 640d Gran Coupe . Our sales contact Muj was very friendly and patiently talked us through the whole process .
The car is stunning and any blemishes were attended to , and given how far away we are ( south of Glasgow) most of the paperwork and finance was arranged remotely.
Biggest plus point is that The Car Co feels like a family firm , there is no rush , and it makes a pleasant change to be treated politely .
We took advantage of a service plan and extended warranty , to not only maintain our car but also maintain our hopefully long term relationship with the dealership .

Me and my wife bought a BMW series 1 from the Car Co. The person who helped us with our purchase was Abdul. From start to finish, he was extremely helpful in every way. He was polite, knowledgeable and could not do enough for us. Most importantly, they want you to feel that you’ve been really looked after and we were. More importantly, their after sales service was spot on. There are few companies out there that look after you like these guys do. Our new car is fantastic and looks great. I will be coming back when it’s my turn to swap my own car. You go in as a customer and come out feeling like a friend.

I had an absolutely fantastic buying experience when I bought my Audi Rs6.
The sales (Simon) and finance team were extremely helpful and explained all the details of the car to a high standard.
I have had to have the car back into service as there was a stop start issue and a fault light on the the dash.
This has been dealt with in a professional manner and has been resolved promptly.
Graham from service kept me updated on the progress on a daily basis and has been extremely helpful and I wish to thank him personally, he is a credit to the car co dealership.
I will definitely be recommending The Car Co as they have been a pleasure to deal with and have some amazing cars on offer in there prestigious site in Bury.

It was scary ordering a new car on the internet. 360 took no deposit and delivered on their promise, on time and bang on budget. Far cheaper than I could buy from the local dealer. I would definitely buy from them again and not hesitate to recommend to others. Don't expect 360 to be proactive regarding communication, however, my experience was that I asked many questions and got replies very quickly. Considering the excellent price, I have absolutely no complaints.
