Excellent night! Well organised! Good food! Good entertainment! Danced all night. Party of 19 ladies and enjoyed by all! Great value for money. Will definitely go to another one if we get the opportunity.

The hotel has much improved since our last stay, nice rooms and facilities, only thing that let it down was the noise at night but that's really down to the guests I suppose. The prices in the bar were high and not much on the bar menu. Breakfast was basic, not much to choose from at all, bacon, sausage, eggs, beans and tomatoes. I did expect black pudding in Bury but none of that either at breakfast. Overall I would stay again if the price was right, thanks for the extra coffee for the machine in the room.

Great atmosphere at the tribute night, food decent too. The singer was very good.
Nice rooms, but poor lighting for getting ready, a little more attention to detail needed. Good breakfast, though restaurant a little small for number of guests so a short wait to get in.
Overall a good stay, and would be happy to stay again.
Leisure facilities looked nice though we didn't use them.

Came to this hotel for a business meeting. My room was upgraded, which was nice! Room was excellent - comfortable, and very spacious bathroom with great shower. Good meal in the restaurant in the evening.

Staff great, good party function though very cramped. Hotel looks tired. TV remote U/S; standard lamp u/s; cracked window. Biggest problem was the disturbing noise from the function in the bedroom until 1 o'clock when we'd been told it would cease @ midnight. Herself was not pleased!
We were given complimentary breakfasts to compensate for the TV remote, which was a positive gesture.

Club rooms should be better soundproofed and smells nice. Overall staying was good and I'm looking forward to going back there. Only what I will ask different is location of the room - not from road side - was really noisy. In the lobby and pub there is a lot of people from outside so not sure about security but I have no issue.

Draughty window, noisy motorway, hard bed, broken remote on arrival, only 2 cups in the room although there were 3 of us. Otherwise ok. Have stayed here before which was the reason for coming back. However the room wasn't as nice as my room last time.
