Cannot fault the service and professionalism we all received and not once were we given the hard sell as normally associated with car sales. Nothing was too much trouble for Gully he transferred our private plates over making the transition even easier. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Sarah and Donetta. My kids loved the swimming pool.
Excellent amenities and a nice modern bar and restaurant area. I will visit again soon.

I attended an event for Annabelle's challenge, I travelled from Australia to attend the event, I was greeted by great service especially from a girl named Caitlin, she has a great personality, she made me feel welcome and made sure I was enjoying my visit, I tavel to England a lot and this was by far the best experience I've had in any hotel, great facilities, great people, amazing experience

Stayed last weekend at this hotel. What can I say ?? FABULOUS!!! Every member of staff had a smile on their face (it was quite infectious). !! Nothing was too much trouble for them. They helped my husband in the gym area and swimming pool. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The rooms were spotless - and comfy beds !! Would move in if I could. Thank you all at Bury !! Weโll be back.
