Great!
The rooms were large and clean, but it was a long way from reception.
The lift wasn't working so it was a long trek to our room with the luggage. Thankfully the helpful staff assisted.

I looked at buying an Audi from them, but chose not to. The service was mixed, the first time I called they didn't bother getting back to me, the second time I spoke with Longin who was really helpful.
For me when spending £25k on a car I want a decent warranty. They listed the car as coming with an independent warranty from Autoguard, I called Autoguard and they said they longer deal with them. I raised this with them and they now use a company called Motor Protect, which is owned by them. The terms and conditions state they can request the car is returned to them in Bury for repair, I live 300 miles away so wasn't up for this. Lastly as the warranty was no longer independent for these reasons I chose to find another car.

An excellent hotel close the the motorway but far enough away not to hear traffic noise. Clean throughout. Pleasant helpful staff. We only had breakfast but it was good and fair value so can’t comment on dinner or lunch.

Called Excel because our toilet and sink were blocked, turns out the external soil pipe and drain was blocked solid. Can't recommend Excel enough... came when they said they would, quickly identified where the problem was, got it unblocked & deep cleaned and then popped a camera inside the drain to check they'd removed all the debris. Finally cleaned everything down so there was no mess left.<br><br>Very efficient process from start to finish and all for £95... I think that's very good value for the length of time and effort he put in to the job. Really friendly guy too, so would definitely recommend.
