I don't believe the negative reviews written here. My experience has been fantastic with these guys. I don't work for them and don't write made-up reviews. When i purchased the car the Sales team were great. My car has had 2 issues since I bought it. One was a major issue with coolant that could have occurred at any time. I noticed it and reported it and they fixed it without any issues at all. Brilliant service and repair team. Second issue with a door lock. Guess what??? I reported it and they immediately fixed it. I purchased the car with extended warranty due to it being nearly £25k for the car and I wanted piece of mind. The service guys repaired it without claiming on the warranty and have been nothing other than professional and exceptional. I find it hard to comprehend the negative reviews on here, these guys have been AMAZING!!! next car (a few years away) im going back to these every time.

We purchased a Land Rover Discovery about 4 weeks ago. We have had it back to the service department for a couple of jobs. They have been done to our satisfaction. We are delighted with the whole experience and would thoroughly recommend this company. Staff we dealt with were brilliant.

Bought a car from these guys yesterday, so this is an honest review so far, Abdul was a pleasure to deal with, we had a little issue with the part exchange price once I arrived (after a 90 min drive), but once this was resolved the rest was easy. As a woman on my own purchasing for my son I did feel it a little intimdating when the compliance guy decided to sit in with us though. Abdul went through everything with no hard sell which is why we decided to purchase from him. A brake disc warning light came on on the way home but was told to take it to Kwik Fit in my home town which I did the next day, front pads replaced and the bill sent direct to them easy....so great aftercare so far

I bought my stunning Mercedes from them and the experience was great from the enquiry I made on the phone to buying the car. The car was a lot of money for me and it had a small chip which they kindly repaired. They went over and beyond. I highly recommend.
