Great location, easy access to motorway routes, rooms very comfortable with good sized TV and free WiFi staff helpful & friendly, pub with food menu & separate restaurant on site along with a busy and bustling Starbucks. leisure club with pool available £5 for non club room guests very good value.

Stayed over for an Xmas Party. The room was very nice, it was well equipped, (Iron and ironing board, Sky tv, hairdryer). The bathroom was big and clean and the showe was powerful and hot. The
Gym and swimming pool are an excellent. Breakfast was of a poor standard and hav had much better at cheaper hotels, was offered tea that never arrived and I was one of only five people sat down for breakfast, so not particularly busy.

Nice room with a comfy bed.
but very cold the heating dia didn’t seem to have any affect.

breakfast wasn’t worth the money but the service was friendly and nice.

Also seems that by booking direct you pay much more than by using a 3rd party site.

Great night at our works xmas party. The food was gorgeous and we stayed over which was great value for money. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We came last year too and will be definitely returning next year. Thank you Village Hotel for a memorable night!

Overall a clean warm hotel with good facilities eg pool sauna ect included in room price. Room was bright and modern good power shower. Bar down stairs shows premier league games and price of a pint of lager not to bad.

You need to address the sound proofing in the bedrooms. The noise made our stay unbearable. Door slamming noisy neighbours noise on corridors. TVs all too loud you could hear other residents talking as if they were in the same room as us.

We were staying two nights to attend a friends wedding. When we entered the room we noticed the headboard had fallen off the wooden baton and we had to put that back. Then when making a cup of tea we noticed a lump of chewing gum on a spoon! The bathroom also needs updating. The hotel's facilities, location and parking are good and were let down by these few issues
