Dale Jones of Ramsbottom Roofing should not be trusted. Use him at your peril. He attended my roof quoting Ā£150 to attempt to fix a leak. He then carried out his efforts and then asked for Ā£220 without telling us that he was going to increase his quote. My wife paid after feeling under pressure. As soon as the next rain, it leaked immediately. I then contacted Dale to ask very politely if he could return. He then told me a series of lies about why he couldnāt return abs kept me waiting for around 7 months. Then I became more demanding so he returned under duress. He then did nothing to fix it again and then told me I need a new roof and to not contact him again.
