Dear Steve
I thought I'd drop you an email to say that I am really pleased with a recent deep clean that you did on my Mum's house (10th June 2014) which included carpet clean from Bakewell Carpet Care. Yourself and Adele worked really hard to ensure that my mum's house was spotless ready for when she returned home after spending a month in respite, not just cleaning the aforementioned items but giving the house a thorough clean throughout including windows etc.
It had been an extremely stressful time for me but I cannot fault yourself and Adele who arrived as scheduled and worked tirelessly to ensure my mum's house was "like a new pin". I have handed out your business cards to other relatives who I was chatting to in the care home so I'm sure you will have further business coming your way.
In addition, John managed to get my mums white stained rug cleaned up like brand new.
I would also like to book a fortnightly clean for my mum with effect from week commencing 23rd June. I await hearing from you in due course.

Dear Steve,
I am writing to thank you for the recent jobs you have undertaken for my 2 landlords in Ramsbottom and Summerseat.
Both of these properties required large scale cleaning including carpets in order to make them ready for new tenants to move in.
I was impressed with the speed at which you visited the properties, and the quotations you gave within a few hours. I was also impressed with the finished results, the devilish attention to details and I am pleased to say that one of the properties was let the very next viewing!
The work you did prevented the exisiting client from leaving the property within the the 24 hours, due to the landlords inability to finish what he had started and clean the property in time. To say it was in a state is an understatement. I know i have a happy and satisfied tenant and a landlord relieved to had the pressure taken off him.
The work you have undertaken so far was carried out in a swift and more than satisfactory manner and the prices you have charged were very reasonable.
I will certainly be straight on the telephone as soon as we require your services again in the future.

I am probably the fussiest person in Bury, all my x cleaners would agree. From the laminated list I give them on the first day I know what I like and how I like it to be done and until Claire from Brightway Cleaning, I was never satisfied with a cleaner. Claire is fantastic, she knows exactly the standard I like, she's bubbly and happy in her work but really pushes herself, she treats her job like a gym workout!! She makes my daughters bed and arranged her teddies in such a nice way, my daughter is always delighted. Don't ever stop cleaning Claire!

Steve has a great attitude with his clients and nothing is too much trouble. I have witnessed his work and he really goes the extra mile along with his team to ensure job satisfaction. So much so, he now incorporates dog walking and ironing as well as many other home help services into his role. The girls are great at their job too!
