The staff were excellent and very friendly. The breakfast was nice.
In my opinion the bed was hard and I woke with a backache. I thought the room was quite basic for what I paid.

The Facilities were good and the room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I didn't like that as a paying guest, I was expected to pay for parking. I feel that as I was staying for 3 nights midweek to visit family that parking should have been free.. I also didn't expect to have to pay for towels in the pool and had I known this, I would have brought my own.

Room was clean and big enought for 3 ppl
Breakfast was very poor, small choice. the next day food was like leftovers from the previous day. which was associated with poor quality of food - it was dry. the Service doesn’t respons to comments related to this. stay with breakfast included = Lost money.

The events person Claire was excellent she really made our 2 days, so helpful and customer focused she deserved to be recognised for the excellent job she does.
