The new tenants move into on Monday, and I can hold my head up high with peace of mind, knowing the property will be spotless! Ha ing recently bought a new home there were some jobs that needed a full deep clean and were beyond my ability, so after being recommened by a friend I called Steve. He came round very soon after the call, and provided an incredibly reasonable 'no more than' quote. After askin him to go ahead the turn round was incredibly quick, with his team arriving at the property before the end of the week, and the results are transformational, it doesn't look like the same kitchen anymore, and the sofas have their colour back! I'm beyond pleased with the work that's been done, it's more than I'd even expected, thank you!

Steve came in with his cleaners and helped put back some semblance of normality to what was a very dirty job! The premises had been empty for around 18 months, and probably not cleaned for years before that.
Not only did Steve sort out cleaning he also acted as key holder and helped out with letting in contractors - while we were on holiday. Took a great deal of stress off us and was invaluable.

What a great local business, which I have recommended many times to our landlord clients and family alike. Steve always responds quickly, he always goes the extra mile to collect keys, and is happy to go back if there is any need to do so, which there never is. Steve and his team's attention to detail is unrivalled! I wish I had more need to use their services, especially after tenants vacate properties, but when I do, there is no-one else I would rely on. Our first encounter with Brightway Cleaning was at the end of 9 long months of house renovations. Everything was covered in plaster dust and that stuff gets absolutely everywhere, inside cupboards, on all the glassware, in the corners of the window panes etc. The Brightway team came in and did an incredibly thorough clean for us - completely spotless, contents of all the cupboards cleaned. It was as if the last 9 months of living in a dust bowl had never happened! Civilisation at last.
Since then, Joanne cleans our house incredibly thoroughly every fortnight. Returning home to a calm clean house on a Monday night with a gleaming bathroom, cushions plumped, the bed crisply made and even the toilet paper folded into a nice V shape, makes me very happy indeed!

Firstly you personally are always there at the end of a phone to deal with any queries. You know your customers well and always endeavour to treat them almost as friends rather than customers.
Your workers are the same. Over the years of my using your company I can only say that you and your workers are exceptional. I don't often have to tell them what I need them to do, they usually see what needs doing and do it.
