We arrived and the hotel itself was pleasant, reservation staff, friendly and efficient.

Room needed a little renovation, and quite small, but for a 2 day stay, it was fine

Very clean environment and relaxing, and loved the choice of the seating outside area.

We have stayed at the Village, Ashton Underline, as a wedding guest and we were very disappointed, so would recommend BURY VILLAGE, for sure.

Hope this review was of assistance.

Constant hurdles and dissapointments. 11th stay in village hotels this has possibly put us off staying again. My advice check your bill then check it again.requested for a manager to contact me. Booked online to include evening set menu and breakfast. Paid for club room but was awful walk in shower.requested a bath so was downgraded. Set menu was different to one online and was asked to pay more. Husband had to literally go on his phone through the booking process for waitress to agree it was different!!!! Checking out we had not been refunded for being downgraded but charged for the evening meal on top of the room. Felt more stressed leaving than when I arrived. Nice night away really shouldn't of felt like a constant battle.

Room was clean and tidy however the check in service was poor, no one to show you to your room with a confusing layout. At breakfast drinks were ordered and given to the wrong table. I had to ask 3 members of staff before they realised they had been given to the wrong table, at which point we had finished eating.

what more can I say - my wife and me were impressed with the look of the village immediately we saw the place.the outside of the village was immaculate with plenty of parking spaces. I payed a good nightly rate and got a excellent room with service to match -the breakfast was super and also all the staff were friendly and very helpful- well done.

Another stay with no hiccups. Cannot recommend this place highly enough, from arrival to departure. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Didn't have time to utilise all the facilities, but all I did use was drama free. Would definitely recommend it to all. Not as cheap as other accommodation, but well worth the extra cost

Easy to locate, nice large car park, checkin is either self service or a really friendly team member will help you, super fast, club room is massive large comfy bed, massive TV with full sky package so watching the olympics with ease of flicking channels was added plus, aircon is the dyson is I sat watching that for a few minutes (sad I know) food was delicious, didn't use the free pool with Club room but would next time.

Bathroom needs a little section of a review to itself, love the glass shower wall, shower has a massive rain head and help relax you after a long day and you don't need to run around the shower to get went like some hotels.

Hotel is having a mini make over so please
Don't let he bare walls and floor out you off.

Being renovated so it is being improved. Lacking in gents lockers during this work, needs to provide more. Otherwise nice enough stay with pleasant helpful staff. Business trip so will probably stay again

Husband and I ate Sunday lunch at the Verve restaurant within the hotel. We found the meal excellent value for money - similar to what you would pay for a main course in many restaurants (£13.95 / head). We had vegetable soup with some excellent bread followed by a visit to the fish course table. There we found a selection of salads, prawn cocktail, smoked salmon with creme fraiche (all in individual pots), pork pie, smoked mackerel, pate and a selection of breads. On to the main course - a choice of beef, gammon and turkey with roast and mashed potatoes, kale, cauliflower, sprouts and carrots with the usual sauces and accompaniments. Then the dessert table - lemon cheesecake, chocolate mousse, fresh fruit salad and ice cream - again all in individual pots. The ice cream brings out the child in you as you can decorate it with hundreds and thousands, smarties, mini crunchies, marshmallows and nuts. When you do feel stuffed to the gills the waitress appears to offer a dish of Eton Mess. A meal not for the faint hearted but very good value for money. The staff are friendly and currently a complimentary bottle of wine is given to each member of the hotel gym when you pay the bill. A place to visit again!
