The hotel was very nice and the room was very clean. Excellent service at the dinner area,the dinner menu was good. Got food very quickly. They have a cash machine on site too. Starbucks they have on site too.

Good hotel clean tidy. service off some of the staff was not great they was doing a job and some seemed like they didn't want to really be there

My room was upgraded with littile supplement .reception staff are welcoming and helpful ,
I loved this place. They have free car park close to city and Motor way

A great evening and stay spoilt by a surly barman in the restaurant he is in drastic need of a sense of humour. Rooms were great and facilities as good. We were there for a family party and every thing went swimmingly well.

Need to make the bed settees more comfy in able for people to sleep on. Overall the hotel was lovely. Our stay was let down by the lack of sleep due to the bed settee being far too hard. We had to fit three in a standard double.

Excellent value for money, 2 course meal superb, used the leisure facilities, which were excellent, close to home but a lovely little break away from things,would recommend without hesitation staff lovely and friendly, bedroom lovely and clean will definately be coming back for more!!

We had a fantastic experience on our recent stay,friendly and helpful welcome,fab pool and jacuzzi area,rooms are beautiful and have all you need for your stay,the party/tribute night was so much fun, and to finish our stay breakfast was great. I would definitely highly recommend a stay here. We will definately be returning

Everything at the hotel is great every time we visit, great pool and facilities, we will be returning sometime this year as the price is always great value for money and staff are always helpful. Always plenty of parking and the food is good.

The shower had dirty prints in it and the bathroom door had something like drink splashed up it, the carpet had stains.

Very convenient location. Stayed often. Staff lovely. Breakfast was varied and superb. Beds comfy. Dark decor, poor lighting in room, and lack of air con was the negative, bar very noisy below until very late.
