Excellent value! Valentines deal included one night stay three course meal and buffet breakfast! All for £99. Restaurant staff were warm and friendly and was always asking if everything was okay and if we needed anything else.

Good location and great experience. Good facilities and sports and swimming pool facility. Good on site restaurant and pub. Easy access to the motorway network to get to Trafford centre and central Manchester.

I booked the wrong hotel, we were found another room at the Village Cheadle which was fantastic I couldn't fault a thing especially the service and help we got from the staff at the Village in Bury to solve all our problems. Well done Bury & Cheadle

A couple of issues with the tv which we had paid more for the sky on the room. Moved to different room and smelt of smoke. The the coffee machine didn't work. Staff good though. Swimming pool very busy and changing room not great (not relaxing!) Breakfast was very nice.

An ok hotel but was spoiled by noisy guests and security throwing them out.Don’t visit unless you’re invited to one of the room parties that seem to take place all over the hotel during the early hours

I had to relocate to the Village as my own nearby home had become uninhabitable following Storm Emma damage.I'd probably have taken anywhere but the hotel didn't raise their prices although they could have charged stranded travellers anything they wanted.Cheerful, friendly staff.Large, warm comfortable room and bed.Overall fairly clean although dirty bathroom grouting as well as area around bath plugs, taps and drain let it down. These areas can only be seen when lying in the (lovely deep)bath so it's obviously easy for cleaners to forget. The window was cracked in both the rooms I stayed in for two nights and both let in a strong draught although closing the blinds stopped it.As there were 90 mph gales during my stay,it probably isn't normally a problem. One small point is the lighting. No overhead but several lamps. In both my rooms the bedside lights were adjustable with screw type attachments Two in each room, four altogether during my stay and none of them usable .The screw had worked loose meaning the lights only faced downwards.Fortunately I was so tired I didn't need to use them for reading and managed with the standard lamp but lighting overall could perhaps be checked out.As I said, these are minor niggles and i had a great stay. Will definitely be back.

Great price for a Sunday and Monday booking. Lots of parking, easy location. Girl on reception, helpful and friendly, check in very quick. Pool was busy, clean and a bonus. Room clean, bed comfy, could do with some better lighting?

Came over from Ireland for a wedding. Impressive building from the outside. The reception area also very modern and check-in done in a matter of minutes even with the hotel so busy.Staff are a credit to the hotel.
Our room was big and comfortable with everything you need. Personally I can't fault this hotel........And it was the first time I ever saw a Starbucks in the foyer of a hotel....Don't know about that...........

Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice clean spacious room, nice pool & spa.

Restaurant service was a little slow when ordering drinks, but food was nice. Bar food good.

We had called the hotel beforehand to check they were showing the boxing on tv & they confirmed they were. However, on the night we sat waiting for it to come on only to be told by bar staff it wouldn’t be on after all.

Ordered room service. £32 for 2 cheese burgers & soggy chips!

Breakfast was pretty poor. Had to wait around 20 mins for the food to be replenished, it was lukewarm, eggs over cooked, bacon & sausages were undercooked. Waiting staff were lovely though.

Upon check out we were presented with a bill which should have come to £52, but for some unknown reason it came to around £200!!! We had been charged twice for the upgrade & £120 for god knows what at 4am in the morning when we were tucked up in bed fast asleep!!

Ashley on reception was very apologetic & helpful. She reimbursed us the £120 & said she wouldn’t charge us for the room upgrade as an apology which we thought was nice. However, once we checked our bank account we found we had been charged for the upgrade which was disappointing.

This weekend away was a present for my birthday which unfortunately was spoiled a little by the issues explained above.
