My wife and I decided to stay here for two nights for a wedding at the hotel we checked the hotel out first to see what it is like we looked at the pictures of the room the facilities and when we arrived we were greeted with very nice and polite reception staff we had my wife's brother with us who suffers with dementia who had already been booked in by another family member, but the reception staff went out of there way so that he would be next to us all through our stay the reception staff were so helpful and polite and all the other staff members at the hotel were all so helpful and polite the room was really great clean bedding towels the bathroom was spotless the room was very clean and a nice big comfy bed big TV etc we were not disappointed and a hotel that does not charge for parking we would stay at any Village hotel again we just feel as a hotel they have got it spot on we would recommended this hotel as a good stay.

Nice hotel, Plenty of parking. Decor was lovely, Room spacious and had every thing you would need. Reception staff, and all other staff warm and friendly. Food was excellent and event thought I didn't use the Spa/Swimming areas they looked excellent .

A great stay. Highly recommended . Great location and lovely atmosphere. I would return to hotel again and book the supreme Sunday special rate. A comfortable night's sleep. Lovely leisure facilities and bonus to have a Starbucks in the hotel. Thank you

Loved this hotel. Staff were AMAZING - Rod the coordinator was fantastic on the big day & went above & beyond to cater for all of our needs. Food was lovely Reception staff, bar staff, house keeping, restraunt staff - they were all fab & nothing was too much trouble. The day run so smoothly.

Superb value for money with a very well equiped leisure club. Breakfast hot and plentiful setting you up for he day ahead. Room a little tired but clean and lots of very hot water for a shower.

We booked the Saturday spectacular deal, which was great value for money and a we had a lovely romantic evening. Restaurant staff were brilliant, food was excellent. The lounge was quiet and inviting.

Good staff, nice restaurant, great parking just off motorway. Ideal place for a business stay. Would recommend. Staff are attentive, rooms clean and reception friendly. The gym and leisure facilities are well staffed and clean.

Whilst or hotel itself is very good and the standard of decor and service is generally also very good the whole experience for me was unfortunately let down by the room in which I was staying.
The room itself which was a club room was perfectly fine however it was located at the junction of two corridors which meant the other hotel guests were continually disturbing my sleep by walking in and out of the corridors and banging the heavy fire doors which were there the noise was pretty intolerable and meant that I didn't get any sleep until at least 4 a.m. in the morning my complaint two hotel staff and my request to move wasn't Matt with a positive outcome

Overall this was a nice pleasant stay. Perhaps more than 2 bottles of water could be brought to the room at one time and a slight issue with the breakfast.. or lack of service from that. Room was plenty and the facilities are very good.
