Came here as visited family nearby, absolutely made up with picking this venue. Spotless rooms, great food, easy to find and well managed! And a lady called Joanne platt went above and beyond to help with everything we needed as we aren’t from the area and needed a bit of extra support. Would recommend to all!

Visited for work meetings and we were looked after by Claire- excellent service very attentive and the meeting rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable with lots of refreshments on hand. Ideal location and easy to find. Will definitely book again.

Stayed here with my boyfriend to see a concert as other hotels were full but even though this was further away it was a pleasant find and easy to get to. Big car park, clean & comfy rooms, amazing pool and gym facilities, Starbucks’s and really friendly staff. A few issues on check in however but Padmay on reception was very lovely and went above and beyond, phoning hotel beds for us and resolved the issue quickly so we could get to City Centre on time!

Maxine was an absolute Gem. She was very warm and welcoming from arrival to departure. We stayed the night for my 30th and she gave us vouchers for a drink on her. Very very very happy with the service. Maxine you are a credit to the team. Thank you :)
