I've requested for a late check-out however, it is not communicated properly to the cleaners. The cleaner knocked to our door and asking why we're still in the room since the checkout is at 11 am. I've informed them that we requested to have a late checkout. Kindly keep your cleaners updated for customers that are for late checkout

Decent leisure facilities (£5 charge) Pool open for families most of the day Starbucks and sports bar with massive screen Plenty on site parking (£5 charge) Twin room was 2 doubles, bonus and comfy! Fair price
Extra charge for towels in the pool Tv took a while to figure out Room was overly hot
