The Facilities were good and the room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I didn't like that as a paying guest, I was expected to pay for parking. I feel that as I was staying for 3 nights midweek to visit family that parking should have been free.. I also didn't expect to have to pay for towels in the pool and had I known this, I would have brought my own.

Great experience with this company - especially Shaz & the service team (Jason).
Previously an Arnold Clark customer but after being messed around by their sales team, chose to use the car co instead and I’m so happy I did. Friendly staff, no BS, no stress. Easy & honest, massive thanks to Shaz for making it possible to drive home in my new car the SAME day, and to Jason at the service team for sorting the MOT & body work on the car. To top it off they even valeted the car! Class service.
