I have recently used Fortis Windows on brand new windows and doors to a vacant property. John was exceptional on seeing the project through as was slightly complex as wall to rear of property needed to be repaired prior to installation took place.
John not only took control of project providing minimal stress for me as the client but also extremely compassionate and emphatic as the property was due to passing of family member.
He guided me through different options and provided professional opinion on each scenario.
What I thought was going to be difficult situation John and his team made the project completely seamless from start to finish.
