Normally heavy & awkward pieces which have been handled with great care and they always are happy and polite even when we are moving out of the top floor of a narrow townhouse!

However the after sales service has been superb, with my personal thanks going to Graham Banks who supported me on both occasions, and help guide me through the warranty process to get a resolution and rectification.
