Met family there, so didn't use facilities or stay there. Had food in the bar, though. It was expensive, for it was, unfortunately, I couldn't eat the wrap as too spicy, but that was my fault. I'll stick to plain next time. Ran out of the non alcohol beer I was on after the first one. Staff were helpful and friendly, nice surroundings and atmosphere

She ensured my dietary requirements were met and asked me daily if I was happy with what was arranged! Not once did she make me feel uncomfortable during the discussion process. She really is an asset to the team you have present at The Village Hotel. Thank you Claire and hope to experience your service again !

Had a lovely afternoon at the village hotel for mumma Mia Mother’s Day. Food, service, staff and entertainment was brilliant. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning next year. Shout out to Joanne, Charlotte, Claire, Megan and Sophie and all the other amazing staff for making the day even more special for everyone
