I had an intermittent smell and gargling from my drains. Adam came out, did a full invetigation of all of my bathroom plumbing, put a camera down the main drain to ensure no clogs were present and ruled out all of the potential causes and provided advice on how to move forward.

Highly recommended. The outside drain backed up, and having never been in this situation before, I didn't have any trusted company to contact.
We're all worried about the possibility of cowboys charging excessive amounts for a poor quality job.
I'm happy I took a chance here as it paid off. Same day response and the block was cleared quickly. I was also shown the root cause of the block via the CCTV drain camera, so a permanent fix can now be arranged to avoid future blocks.
