Bought a car online for the first time and the process was simple. Longin was brilliant and explained every step, did a full walk around tour of the car and even pointed out the minor defects that were all fixed before delivery. The delivery cost was also very reasonable considering I live a few hours away from Bury. There was plenty of time to test the car and confirm it was the right one for me, with communication from Longin throughout. Very happy with the car and would buy online from Car co again.

What a great introduction to Growth Mindset
I thoroughly enjoyed my morning spent with Gemma from Grow Your Mindset. She delivers a personable and engaging presentation, sharing the history and the science… yes science supporting this subject matter. It led me to reflect and analyse my own fixed mindset and really helped target the main blocks I face. I would say this is an essential learning course before embarking on business coaching, project management, changes to workplace cultures etc as it is the keystone to fundamental change.

I purchased an Audi Q5 a few weeks ago from the Car Company and it was an all round excellent service from speaking with Raf who sold me the car, Sam in finance and Graham in the service department. I actually purchased the car without going to the showroom but Raf sent me a video and it looked great. When the car was delivered from 260 miles away, even the drivers were great, they were helpful, polite and courteous. However, I noticed a scuff mark on the drivers seat which did not show up in the video. I rang and spoke to Graham in service and he said to find someone local and they would reimburse me. The car is now pristine.
Thanks to all involved, and I would recommend the CarCompany to anyone. Mick
