Good location and friendly staff, well located for visiting Bury, Avoid room 120 as next to boiler which goes until 11pm and bathroom could do with some modernisation, the faculties are very good on site

Only 2 things I would change and that would be more lighting in the room and a kettle instead of a coffee machine but otherwise perfect
I think I'll look to see where your hotels are because I'll definitely be visiting again

We booked the Sunday offer as a little treat & a night away from home. The bed was so comfortable & the waiting on staff in the restaurant made it even better by going the extra mile & all having a smile on their face.

me and my friend Stayed at this hotel when we were in Bury for a wedding, the room was immaculate, so clean, bed was unbelievably comfy, and there was plenty of plug sockets around the room (doesn't sound like much but compared to other hotels with plug sockets half way across the room) staff were lovely, especially ross & Julien, the night staff, so friendly and accommodating they really made our stay so much better genuinely great people, will definitely be coming back!

Just got back from a great stay in this hotel for the weekend, on arrival check in was quick n easy, hotel looked lovely rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. We all shared sandwiches n chips down stairs as we were having a 3 course meal there that night for the 80s night which was included in the whole stay both were really nice, the entertainment at night was great too. After a great nights sleep got a taxi into buy town for a wee bit of shopping which was only a couple of pound. The swimming pool is fantastic very big n lovely areas to chill out. Over all great place, staff n food etc.👍🏻👍🏻

Very nice beds, very quiet room. super clean.
The room was a bit difficult to find in the hotel.
Shower was excellent, room was very clean and comfortable
I would use the words " busin ess" and " hip" for this hotel, not " cosy" or " family-friendly"

Our stay got off to a really bad start when I brought it to the attention of the receptionist that we had been allocated a different room type to which I had booked. I was questioned by the receptionist as to why I required the type of room that I had booked. (Terrible customer service). I expected to receive an apology, not an inquest. This incident really spoiled what should have been a happy return to the hotel that we had had our wedding reception in some 9 years earlier.
The staff in the restaurant were great and could not do enough for you.
Our room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable.

Warm welcome, super facilities and top food! Just had a refurb so the rooms are brand new. Comfortable bed which is exactly what you need after visiting the leisure facilities. All the staff are very friendly and able to meet your requirements. Thoroughly recommended for both business and leisure purposes.

We stayed here for one night. We received an email asking if we would like to upgrade to a club room which we did. Room clean comfortable bed but we were at the front so we could the traffic from the motorway. The shower was excellent but after I had washed my hair I found that there was no mirror, the only one was in the bathroom. Obviously you cannot take electrical items into a bathroom so how are you supposed to style your hair without any mirror and to be perfectly honest I don't think it warranted the upgrade which did not include the cost of the breakfast. We have stayed in the premier inn in Bury on a couple of occasions and that is where we will stay again. I am afraid we will not be staying here.

We stayed here to visit the Flying Scotsman. We booked early hoping this would be a cheaper deal. Two friends booked the night before they paid 40 pounds less than us.
The room was upgraded and classed as CLUB. Hmmmm the decor was ok etc the standard of cleaning was poor. Big hair in the shower and splashes of fluid on the bathroom wall next to the toilet- looked like sick. I told reception who offered a free Starbucks. They said they would roll the housekeeping team- still there when I returned.
The breakfast was not the best - a wait for tea and coffee-a wait for bacon and the only eggs were fried. The staff were pleasant enough but were clearly rushed off their feet at breakfast.
Overall i think this below average hotel for the money.
