We absolutely loved our stay. We stayed over night and had a spa day on the Sunday. Everybody was so helpful in making this weekend special for my mums 50th birthday. The room was clean and set out really well.
When organising the spa weekend stay, I did book through the reception and they didn't book my family's spa sessions in. Make sure if you are having spa treatments that you get booked in the spa at the same time as you book the stay. 👌🏼

Had a Club room. Hot nights meant we had to open window as no air con. Rooms face directly onto busy motorway and hotel car park. Hotel also operates as a function venue and gym for local residents so cars arriving and leaving from 6.00 am to midnight.
Breakfast service team exceptionally helpful and friendly.
When you first arrive you have to check in on a machine not with a person. Not a great way to show hospitality. A budget hotel in quality but not price

The hotel is in good condition with some of the rooms being really modern and very comfortable. The only downside is that the rooms at the front of the hotel can be quite noisy because of the outside terrace below. I'd recommend travelling with ear plugs if you're a light sleeper!
Aside from that the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel with lovely like new rooms. Good choice of facilities to eat and a nice bar aswell as having a Starbucks on site. Gym facilities were ok the pool was freezing.

Overall a good stay would give it a 7.5 out of 10

Last minute booking after chain error so jumped on phone internet & found a good deal just down road

I made an excellent choice getting leisure facilities & breakfast cheaper than travel lodge

good staff helped me sort my problem
