- - Car did not have locking wheel nut key, jack, interior mats and discovered later that the spare key fob is not paired to door lock
- - Panacea offered to pay £60 for issues but did not pay despite 2 reminders.
-- Important details left out: Previous owner was a smoker (odour was masked with a spray which wore off to reveal strong smoke odour), car has had several panels repainted including one just before AA inspection requiring a last minute reschedule
- - Not responsive on text/email. Best to call.

10/10 great people great car really know their stuff, salesman called zuber was absolutely great helped me choose a car for my needs and budget, made sure all issues with car like tyres and brake pads were taken care of before delivery, even gave it a service thanks guys will defo buy again.

Purchased a Porsche Macan s from Panacea and can honestly say we have never experienced service like what we received.
T was an absolute gentleman who we both trusted from the second we met him.The car had a few minor issues and others that T pointed out himself.Again how many people would do that.The few very minor dints were removed and i mean minor.He held our car for us for 3 weeks due to delays in changing the plate over and again was so understanding.
When we picked the car up it looked like a new one.
T is a credit to himself and his company so nice to know people can still trust each other.
We will purchase another car in the future that is certain.
