Bought a really nice Jaguar XF from thes guys, love the car, really friendly staff and 3 weeks after I bought the car it showed up an electrical fault. I called Pancea explained to them the fault, could not have asked for better backup service, with no queries at all they told me to bring it in the next day. I took car in and within an hour the fault had been resolved with no expense to me at all. I would definitely recommend Pancea to anyone looking for a quality high end used car and I will also be going back to them when I renew my car next. Thanks guys, you have been a pleasure to do business with. I would just like to add I was also told if I had any more problems with the car, just bring it back to us. The people in business know how to do it. Thanks for the car guys

Purchased a Qashqai from Panacea Motors during lockdown. I am in love with my new car & it couldn't have been easier. The COVID-19 Measures they had in place allowed me to reduce physical contact and they were able to deliver the car to me! They took my previous car off my hands and offered me a great price. No pushy sales people and actually listened to what I wanted. Over the moon with the service I have received here and will be back for an upgrade in a few years! Thanks Panacea Motors - would deffo recommend!

Had been looking for a low mileage high spec BMW X3 for a few months and got exactly that from Panacea. Being over 200 miles away I couldn't view the car so Harris sent multiple pictures and a video, pointing out any slight discrepancy which he got sorted for me with no hassle and also delivered the car to my door free of charge. Excellent to deal with and highly recommend. Good job Harris 👏

I have never bought from a car dealer before and so my opinion of dealing with one was skewed by the general opinion that they are smooth operators and not particularly trustworthy. I mention this because it highlights what mindset I had going into the sale.
However, I am happy to say in this case I could not have been more wrong. Jay, my first point of contact was very helpful sending me videos of three cars I was interested in and photos of service history too. Upon meeting him in person I found him to be a genuine guy, who was not pushy and again super helpful.
When I finally decided on the car I wanted I was handed over to Tahir, who again was a pleasure to deal with and we were able to negotiate a deal that hopefully left us both happy.
I personally believe the true measure of a company is in how they deal with problems after the sale and again Panacea motors did not fail me here. I actually ended up buying a Prius and found within 2 days that the Aux battery had problems. This is something that is not the fault of Panacea and easy to miss , unless the car is used for a longer period of time.
I contacted Tahir and was told to buy a new battery and then he would pay for it. I am happy to say that he was a man of his word and did indeed transfer the money for the battery within 24 hours of our conversation.
Overall I am very happy with my interactions and dealings with the team and feel confident that should I have any other problems in the 3 month warranty period that they will sort it out for me.
Even the cup of tea I got whilst there was good.😀
In short, you can trust the company and team at Panacea, so if they have a car you like the look of, give them a go.
