Just to let you all know I brought a car from here about 4 weeks ago now and I have to say.
This was by far the best car sales I have used so far and I have brought plenty of cars in the past.
There friendly they do exactly as they say they will stick to there word
The car was very clean when I picked it up so was very nice to just get in a drive it away.
Yes I would recommend to anyone looking for a car and I would def use again my self

Very respectful and offered us food 😍 and drinks whilst waiting for approval. Definitely would recommend this place and will be using Panacea Motors in the near future to buy my next car. On the 9th of March, I purchased a C-Class Saloon Hybrid from Panacea Motors. The entire experience from the day I saw the car in person until the buying of the vehicle was a smooth ride. I had landed from Norway on the 4th of March and called Tahir at Panacea Motors and asked him if I could come view the vehicle and he was very warm and welcoming. He left us to it to view and wasn't at all pushy like a usual salesman. We then came back on the 6th of March to test drive the car which was like a breath of fresh air. Tahir was very accommodating with the entire process and even provided food and drinks for me and my best friends. A very friendly personality and definitely serious about his business! Very professional! I would definitely recommend them! You wouldn't regret it.

++ Allows comprehensive AA inspections that I would highly recommend you invest in
++ Fair pricing based on car, mileage & condition
++ Friendly, personable and easy to deal with
NEGATIVES
- - Car did not have locking wheel nut key, jack, interior mats and discovered later that the spare key fob is not paired to door lock
- - Panacea offered to pay £60 for issues but did not pay despite 2 reminders.
-- Important details left out: Previous owner was a smoker (odour was masked with a spray which wore off to reveal strong smoke odour), car has had several panels repainted including one just before AA inspection requiring a last minute reschedule
- - Not responsive on text/email. Best to call.
SUMMARY
Good people to deal with but buy with extreme care.
