Bought a used car from them last week. Andrei (the salesman) was very good at his job and walked me thru the test drive and sale process politely. The car itself was competitively priced and in a great condition. On delivery I realized that the Tyre inflation kit was faulty but Andrei immediately sent thru a replacement kit in the post which was a good gesture.
Overall I'm happy to recommend TheCarSalesCompanyBury to purchase a used car but I've reduced 1 star for reasons below
- when they delivered the car, it was missing an all important "Registration Card" which has the wifi password unique for the car. Despite calls to Andrei they were not able to provide me one and asked me to go to a Mitsubishi dealer - who said it would cost me £50 to get a replacement. Without that I cannot use the remote app features of the car which is a shame. Again the dealer should have told me this missing document before sale because its additional out of pocket expense for me now
- I was not told that the car had outstanding finance (I found out when I did an HPI check). However one phone call to Andrei and he promised to sort it out and he did sort it out over the next week. I still think they should have told me this before the sale.

Hamid was very helpful, He explains everything patiently and he wasn't pushy at all.
I would definitely recommend that to everyone and will come back in the future for sure.

VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER
I have seen a Tourag online after a long search and after visiting many dealerships. we came across The car sale bury and came for a viewing, where I met mr HAMID he was very helpfull with all the questions that had and was very patient with me. I had a great feeling working with mr HAMID I felt not being pushed like I did at other dealerships. They very helpfull with setting up a finance plan with a good rate. I would highly recommend to anyone buying a car as they have a very large stock.

Another good experience with the car sales company. I bought my car two months ago of them . Then just recently the oil service light came on. I checked my oil level and it said it was over filled. So I rang the car sales company and they booked me in and sorted it all free of charge . Excellent service from start to finish
