Our recently purchased car from the car sales company had to go into the body shop for a repair on one of the doors. The service manager got the car booked in straight away and got the job turned around within the day so we were not left without a vehicle. they did a very good job of the body work, looks like new.

We purchased a fantastic looking Mini Cooper from the Car Sales Company having seen it on Autotrader. As we are a long distance from the dealer, we opted to have the car delivered. However, when it arrived, it had several scratches and kerbed alloys (resulting in a tyre wall having a split in it). We discovered soon after delivery, that rain water had made it into the boot. After some emails and phone calls with Graham Banks, one of their helpful service department team, we took the car back to the CSC, where they agreed to put right every single scratch and scuff, and also replaced a Michelin Primacy tyre, with a contribution on our part of £20 (so the car would retain identical tyres on all four corners). Whilst they couldn’t ascertain the cause of the water leak in the boot, this was rectified by a local BMW/Mini specialist. The CSC also agreed to reimburse us for the full cost of the boot seal replacement. So whilst our initial experience of the CSC was s little tainted, their customer service was really good, with regular communication and updates.
