Went to the 80s tribute night last night. It's a great place and the event was well organised. £23 for a piping hot 3 course meal with DJ and bar till late. Took advantage of an over right stya. The hotel is lovely with rooms decorated really modern. Lovely clean rooms with very comfy beds. Breakfast was buffet style with loads of choice. Great place to spend an evening. Will be looking at booking again very soon.

Well what a fantastic night out and stay at hotelwas worth the price. Rooms were huge clean beds comfortable well stocked with tea and coffee making facilities, bathrooms were great. The Christmas party was amazing great night DJ fantastic great choice of music entertainment was good for boy band legends got everybody up dancing. Food was the best quality I have had for a long time at these sort of Christmas parties hot, fresh, plenty of it. The breakfast was good hot fresh plenty of it good choice hot food or continental breakfast pleasant staff. The rest of the hotel had good amenities from what you could see swimming 🏊 pool gym so yes would book a Christmas party here again.

Very noisy all through the Night, which made sleeping difficult, rooms are starting to look tired with damage and were not the cleanest. Breakfast was awful; cold and dry. Staff were excellent, the pub is nice.

Very helpful staff.
Comfortable Club Room - very cosy bed.
Found the coffee very strong, using the machine in the room & not much milk or kettle to water down.
Bitter weather - very good heater in the room

I would highly recommend this hotel, greeted with a smile, friendly staff and checked in quickly no restriction on door keys. Rooms nice clean and comfortable. Came to the 80s party night good food, good music and not over crowded. Great night

Nice hotel with good size Club rooms, fantastic TVs with sky package. Showers quite luxurious compared to other similar priced hotels and plenty of options for food with the pub, the restaurant or the large room service option. Would visit again.

Quick last minute overnight stay with my daughter. Booked inter connecting rooms at a B&B rate. Checked in, rooms weren’t inter connected, not even next door to each other. Reception staff had to refer to housekeeping as didn’t know which rooms had that option - poor.
Rooms were actually brilliant. Spacious, well equipped and clean. Lightning could be better and hairdryer only just reached the mirror. Great bathroom - we’ll above average.
Room service took 40 minutes to arrive. Order was wrong and half of the food was cold - poor.
Breakfast - went early. Great cold buffet. Half the cooked food was cold - poor.
The rooms were great but the food was overpriced for what you didn’t get. Reception staff seemed inexperienced and not very friendly. They need to improve their customer service to match their great rooms and facilities. Also, booking system is poor and they need to answer the phones promptly and politely.
It could be very good they just need to try harder and learn about customer service.

Very comfortable bed. Clean room and bathroom with everything you could need.
Only negatives were that the room was too hot (but it's so often the opposite that I didn't mind too much) and it was impossible not to soak the bathroom floor when having a shower. Not the end of the world, though.

On arrival I self checked in. I had an email the day before to upgrade by choosing a price. I had to wait for a member of staff to see if this had been upgraded. Club rooms were nice but I paid £15 extra for sky tv and a coffee machine and some toiletries I can’t use. I found out later a lady had been upgraded for free so not happy.
First club room had a window that would not close so was moved. Second room had a mark on duvet and no sky. Lovely receptionist changed duvet and sorted sky box and even bought up a glass of wine.
Leisure facilities were great. Can’t fault them.
Dinner in pub - well my order was taken incorrectly so ended up with tasteless goujons and cold rubbery chips. They refunded this after I complained.
Breakfast was really nice. Can’t fault.
Staff were happy to keep my case for me while I was at an event.
I would stay again but wouldn’t upgrade as I can’t see the point.

Stayed for a weekend away. Rooms were clean, quiet, modern and comfortable. Excellent nights sleep. Leisure facilities were very busy and couldn't use jacuzzi/ steam due to it being max capacity and people staying in for long periods.
