Brilliant service from 360 vehicle leasing, I purchased new Ford Ranger never used a third party before but wouldn’t hesitate to use again, prices more competitive than going direct to Ford dealer and service very personable and nothing was too much trouble. Horizon (Builders) have recently completed a 2 tier patio in my back garden. The standard of work was excellent as was their communication and updates on the work being done. All works were carried out within specified timescales at a competitive price and the site left was clean and tidy a the end of each working day. I will be using them again for the forthcoming extension and refurbishment works to my property in the near future and will behappy to post an updated review when these works have been completed.

After a few months of unkept promises, and only after I'd left a negative review here on bestofbury because of his lack of response and repeated failure to do the work when he said he would, Dale eventually came and replaced the leadwork in my stone guttering with rubber. To be fair, he did say when he originally came out to assess the job that it might take a few attempts and he might have to come out and re-seal it. When he eventually turned up to do the work, he made it obvious he would rather be somewhere else - surly attitude, like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. His assistant/apprentice was very pleasant though. He did the work, then tried to quibble over the price (which we'd agreed in writing at his first visit) A few weeks later we had a moderate downpour and a fair bit of wind. Not only did the guttering leak but a fair section of the front row of tiles had slipped - tiles that I assume he had had to lift up, as they covered part of the guttering. I contacted Dale by WhatsApp and sent him photos, and he said he'd come back out and take a look - initially he said this would be at some point in between xmas and new year, he then, when I'd heard nothing from him so contacted him again after new year, he said he would come out when the weather improved. That was over three months ago. The weather has improved, but not a peep from him since then. I've had to have the guttering re-done (and the slates replaced/refitted) by another roofer, but I'm left with a stain down the front of the house where it was leaking. So, as long as you don't expect him to do the work with any urgency, or to keep his promise and come back and rectify any issues, Dale's your man.
