Great stay at the hotel. Although the first welcoming was not the greatest with the new reception desk, the rest of the experience was very good. Great Leisure Area so enjoyed the swim/sauna/Steam Room and the staff were really helpful.

Nice bedroom, but very old fashioned bathroom. No fan in bathroom and the main bedroom needed a ceiling light as was too dark. No air con in the room but there was a wall heater or dyson cool air. Gym was fab!

The best hotel I have ever stayed at highly recommended, friendly staff and always willing to help, great value prices for high quality rooms, a wide range of facilities that you can use and very comfy beds

Overall I like this hotel. I've stayed twice, I'd go again. I have family in Bury and so my main requirement of a bed to sleep in while I visit is well met by this hotel. Good location, right off motorway & walking distance into town. Really friendly, helpful staff.

Our room was hard to find and i would have liked more tea and coffee which when we asked for we were given tea bags but we had no kettle to make the tea. The shower seems to leak alot but apart from the minor things it was ok. Very expensive for what we got. Would only book again if we got a deal

Just wanted to escape for a day. Everything was perfect. The staff were exceptional. Enjoyed the pool with my daughter. We live locally and we consider ourselves lucky to have such fantastic leisure amenities at our doorstep. Definitely will go again!

Very convenient for meetings. 100 yards from the motorway. Starbucks coffee shop and good lounge reception. Big car park. Friendly staff. Good facilities and does what it says! Pool looked very good. Only downside was a dry pastry from the Starbucks concession!

Business stopover and used the Village rather than the Premier Inn in nearby Bury as I've used the Village for a meeting point and wanted to make use of the facilities

Check in dead simple, self service and easy to use, visited he leisure facilities and just about managed to squeeze in a Spin class, followed by a swim - facilities are top class wood recommend

Couple of hours work in the room (more about this later) before heading down to the Pub in the Village for a bite to eat, served quickly and plentiful

Back to the room, a bit more work and took in a film, only then did you realise how warm the room is, no air con and just a Dyson fan to cool the air was a bit of a shock I must admit, thankfully it rained to cool down the air

Breakfast was good, would certainly stay again but "upgrade" to a room with air con

You know what to expect when you stay at a Village hotel...rooms on a par with the Premier Inn, but the added bonus of facilities such as swimming pool and gym. Great family getaway. I would recommend it.

What a great introduction to Growth Mindset
I thoroughly enjoyed my morning spent with Gemma from Grow Your Mindset. She delivers a personable and engaging presentation, sharing the history and the science… yes science supporting this subject matter. It led me to reflect and analyse my own fixed mindset and really helped target the main blocks I face. I would say this is an essential learning course before embarking on business coaching, project management, changes to workplace cultures etc as it is the keystone to fundamental change.
