When I first arrived at the sales department I was very impressed by the way the cars were presented on the fore court within the car pound. They were all in excellent condition, clean, polished and valeted.
Then I met Glynn in the sale department, who showed me a few cars that matched my requirements and I was drawn to the car I eventually bought on the day. He was very polite and helpful. The car was in an excellent condition throughout, was very competitively priced and was much better than any similar cars that I had viewed over the previous 2 weeks of my search. There was a small 1/2" dent / crack in the paintwork on the rear off side pillar but he assured me that that would be dealt with and sure enough it was repaired to a professional standard a short time after I had bought it. The only reservation is that I had to return it to the point of sale, some 50 miles away from home, and collect it myself at my own expense. Although I was given a courtesy car for the 3 days it was in for the repair and was given a full set of car mats. The SatNav card did not work when I first came to use it but again that was replaced without fuss.
So, overall I was extremely pleased with the car and the standard of service provided to rectify the minor teething problems was first class.
I would highly recommend a visit to view the wide range of cars they have to offer at The carsalescompanybury.
