I bought a used 15 plate Hyundai i30 the other week and can't fault their customer service. It was very friendly and they didn't keep me waiting too long. Took it away same day as viewing. However when calling up for my refundable deposit for sending through my log book, I get number not recognised. Hopefully it's a temporary blip.

I was helped by Amad, who was extremely knowledgeable about what he was selling, with no pressure whatsoever and happy to discuss what I was looking for in a car. So far so good!
I found this company through Autotrader, they had a number of cars in my price range and had finance options for all of them. I did manage to take the car on the day, but it did take quite a long time to get the finance sorted - this was more down to the fact that I have moved addresses a lot in the last 3 years than anything they were doing.
The car is in fantastic condition, the sales team were thorough and helpful, and they even let me take the car away and then bring it back for a free MOT and service a week later as they hadn't had the chance to do either whilst in had been with them (it was MOT'd up until the end of this year, but they wanted to ensure it was in top condition).
So far the car drives well and hasn't shown any signs of problems, it was extremely clean and tidy when I bought it, well presented and the team were very helpful and accommodating. I have a full service history for the car, very low mileage and paid a great price. Thanks very much!

Had a great experience coming down to the car sales company. I came for a hotch hatch and i was seen by Amad who made me feel comfortable and offered me a car that tailored my needs( Golf R). I will highly reccomend this company to my freinds and family as they have a variety of options to suit any individual and their needs, and i will also come back to especially deal with amad as he made me feel comfortable and gave me great service.
