I purchased the car in April 2019 from Paul who was a good salesman and wasn't pushy like others in the market. Unfortunately the car developed a small fault in July-19 and I contacted Tony & the team in the service department to discuss the issue. They were most helpful and allowed me to visit my local Porsche specialist who diagnosed the fault as an oil sensor, Tony kindly agreed to cover the cost of the total bill £115 as part of my dealer warranty. It is pleasing to have good customer service and would recommend The Car Sales Company to friends / family, many thanks.

Bought a decent car during my lunch hour ! Stacey was the ideal sales person - not pushy, polite and knowledegable. A test drive up and down the M66 wasn't an issue and there was no hard sell. Quite a bit of paperwork had to be dealt with including taxing and temporarily insuring the car. This was handled in a straightforward manner.
All in all a painless experience.

I recently purchased a Mini Cooper D from the folks at The Car Sales Company Bury. Gully was extremely helpful from the outset and he was communicative throughout the whole process without pushing for a hard sell.
I was given the time to have a look around the car and inspect in my own time, without being harassed or interrupted. The experience with test driving the car was also pleasurable and I couldn't fault the service being provided. I was also offered refreshments and also given an enhanced warranty without requesting it. The price of the car was also priced according to another vehicle that I had seen with the same specifications.
The car had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out, being presented in immaculate condition and before I picked up the car a day later it had also received a full GardX application. I am currently awaiting the certification for this following the online registration.
All in all, it was a very good purchasing experience and should I have any issues I have been given the contact details of the necessary people to ensure that I left with peace of mind.
Polite, amusing, drivers of a hard bargain, yet understanding of any concerns or uncertainty that I may have had. So far I cannot fault any aspect of my experience here.
