Having spent around 6 weeks refining what vehicles met our, quite specific, needs, we visited the Car Sales Company late one evening to look at a car we'd found on their website. Despite it being close to "closing time", and then finding they had another car (that we actually liked more than the one we'd gone to see) there was no checking of watches or making us feel like we needed to "get a move on" so they could close. This was a good indication of exactly what we would experience throughout.
Over the next few days we looked at the car again, took it for a test drive, and crunched some numbers. We did look at cars at other dealerships, but not a single one of them looked after us anywhere close to how we'd been looked after by Gully. The phrase "nothing was too much trouble" doesn't do justice to the care and attention we received, but we never felt "pushed" or "pressured" - any more laid back and he'd have needed a lie-lo!
More importantly, once we'd agreed to buy the car, and then after we'd taken delivery of it, there was no "washing their hands" of us either. That same level of care and attention continued. Even to the point that, although we were more than ably looked after by one of his colleagues at "handover", he called in, from home on his day off, specifically to make sure we were going away a happy customer. It is sadly rare that this level of customer care is evident anywhere, and only reinforced our belief we'd done the right thing in buying our new car from Gully, and the Car Sales Company.
It's been about a month since we picked up the car (sorry the review's taken so long to post!). The car's still not missed a beat, does everything we needed it to in spades, and still makes me smile every time I get in it - I don't think I've ever had that feeling after buying a car before! More importantly, I know that even if I needed to ring up with a question, or an issue, now, I'd still get greeted like an old friend, and receive exactly the same level of service I've got used to. To anyone who is thinking of buying a car, all I can say is that you won't regret buying it from the Car Sales Company and I have already recommended three people to go there. And in the - frankly unlikely - event you can get cheaper elsewhere, remember that cheapest isn't always the best deal, and sometimes quality, and service, and the reassurance that gives you, are worth paying that little bit extra.

I came across this Company after searching the internet for a particular car.I chatted online with Lily ,one of the advisers who was very helpful.
The following day I drove 48 miles to view the car I was interested in.On arrival I asked about the car and was shown to it and offered a test drive . I was very happy with the car ,it is a 2018 plate with only 6000 mls on the clock. The sales Manager Ghulam Murtaza(Gully) was really helpful from the start.
Over a coffee Gully offered me more or less what I was expecting for part exchange on my car with no haggling. Registered the new car to me and my car to them on the DVLA site.Gully also taxed the new car and arranged 5 days drive away insurance so that I could drive away that day.
The whole process took around an hour and half with no heavy sales tactics or pressure to buy.
The Company has quite a large selection of high spec cars and I would recommend them to anyone.
