Great hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
There’s no room service and they advertise an app all over the hotel, but it doesn’t seem to work.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location, very clean and comfortable.
No comfortable seperate lounge for people who don't want to watch football on large and multiple televisions.

The venue, room and bed were amazing. Best nights sleep I've had in a while.
I didnt like food from the evening meal held for the event. It came out like warm and tasteless.

I booked via booking.com to be told on arrival that there were no rooms left. After sitting for 45 mins trying to find somewhere else to stay (at 12am In the morning) I was told that a room had somehow become available. I was inconvenienced by the tactic of selling more rooms then you have. I was in the hotel for almost 8 hours and paid 100 pound ish for the privilege. Staff were fantastic / room was clean.

80s night
Staff were extremely helpful, Emma on reception went over and above. Room a lovely size and very clean. Would stay again. Attended an 80s night. Next time will use more of the facilities. Breakfast was lovely.
No glass to use for water. The turn off is not well sign posted to actually get to the hotel.
