I recently purchased a Mercedes from TheCarCo, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience.
From the moment we arrived as a family, we were welcomed by Jabbar, who provided outstanding customer service. There was absolutely no pressure just a relaxed environment where we could take time exploring each car. You select the car you want to view, they hand you the key to explore.
The test drive was relaxed and informative. I was encouraged to take my time and really get a feel for the car. Jabbar was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, walking me through the features and making sure I was comfortable.
Customer service was top tier. Both Jabbar and Zain were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. They made the paperwork process smooth and stress free.
A special shoutout to the sales manager, Shohaib, who personally checked in to ensure everything was going well. His attention to detail and customer care really stood out and made the experience even better.
After-sales support has been excellent too. I had a small query, the team was quick to respond and assist.
TheCarCo has a large selection of cars at very reasonable prices, and their sales team speaks multiple languages including Farsi and Urdu, which makes the experience even more inclusive and welcoming.
The dealership itself is impressive there’s a spacious lounge with coffee, tea, and water stations, and they’ve even thought of the little things, like attaching a sleek TheCarCo logo to your key. Parking is easy too, with 4–5 customer bays and a convenient barrier system that opens as you drive up.
If you’re considering finance, they offer 2 years free MOT and servicing, which adds outstanding value to the deal. They also offer options of extra warranty, dash cams, trackers at reasonable prices.

We bought a car from The Car Co on 18th July 2025, here is my honest review. We were browsing the forecourt when a salesman approached and introduced himself as Abdul. We discussed about a few cars that we liked but the prices were above our budget and he said the prices were not negotiable. He suggest we give him our mobile number so we did. A few days later he called offering a similar car to the make and model that we wanted. We refused, a few days later we got another call inviting us to look at another car within our budget and the exact make and model that we wanted. We bought it, the price also included the next 2 annual services and MOT'S. We have had no problems with the car since we bought it whatsoever (2020 Toyota Carolla Hybrid Touring Sport). The salesman Abdul was always helpful and polite and not too pushy. So, if I was in the market to buy another car, I would always shop around and definately visit The Car Co too. If the car that I wanted was at The Car Co and at a price that I liked, I definately would do business with them again. We had no problems with this company. We are very happy with the car that we bought from them.
