Check-in efficient and welcoming; room comfortable and clean.
Breakfast could have been better. Had to queue for cooked breakfast and scrambled eggs and bacon not the best.

Served its' purpose however food not to standard of other Village hotels in the area.
Room facilities and cleanliness. Good nature and helpfulness of receptionist.
Did not feel 'covid safe' in bar/restaurant area as young children were allowed to roam around freely amongst tables.

Couldn't recommend more
The entire stay was amazing. The staff were very kind and welcoming, the room was very tidy and cosy and the food was lovely.
The shower was lovely however it leaked onto the bathroom floor which made it very slippery.

Great hotel
Lovely hotel. Bedrooms were immaculate and so comfortable. Food in pub/restaurant was very good. Staff super friendly and helpful.

On the whole it was fine
The bed was very comfortable and room clean. The pool at Bury (Manchester) is excellent.
Breakfast was good quality food but was lukewarm and tea/coffee machine was not working properly, we did not get a hot drink or a hot breakfast. Cost of swimming pool access for our family who came to visit was very expensive.
