in one word excellent
room was spacious with all items like iron with ironing board hairdryer tea making facilities air cooler shampoo and body wash in bathroom comfortable double bed very clean and fresh smelling in general great breakfast with unlimited coffee/tea and toast staff really friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble would recommend to others and would stay there again ourselves

We loved the location and the staff they were incredibly friendly and we felt comfortable.
Our room was a bit dirty and dusty. The chair had crumbs on it. And no one was there to empty our bins. We noticed a massive spider in the room. Everytime we had breakfast in the restaurant the tables were always dirty. We had to tell someone to clean it.

Will defiantly stay again.
Reasonably priced, clean, some effort had been made to make the room attractive, bed comfortable. Downside is we have just stayed again this weekend and the price had been hiked to £114. Had breakfast on second visit which was very good.
