I can only base my review on my experience and I must say from my first contact to me leaving the forecourt with our new car I can honestly say I have changed my opinion of the stigma I associate with car salesmen. I first dealt with Jamie over the phone on Monday and he was great in sorting out my query which resulted in myself and my wife to go to showroom the following day to view the car I had discussed with Jamie, when we arrived we were greeted with a young chap and apologies I didn't get his name but he let us know that Jamie had taken ill and that Paul would be dealing with us and would we like a hot drink while we waited, we both accepted his hospitality and he went to get the keys so we could view the car. After we had a good look around the car we were met by Paul who was immediately personable and asked would we like to go for test drive, well we couldn't turn that offer down. On return Paul took us through the whole process as we knew this was the car for us and we can't fault how informative he was and this was late in the evening and even though we were conscious of the time Paul did not rush us and he got everything sorted so we could take the car that evening even if it meant him finishing late. Paul is a credit to your company and we would like to thank you all

Work carried out February 2021. Horizon Development Builders have recently completed a 2 tier patio in my back garden. The standard of work was excellent as was their communication and updates on work being done. All works were carried out within specified timescales at a competitive price and the site left clean and tidy at the end of each working day. I will be using them again for the forthcoming extension and refurbishment works to my property in the near future and will be happy to post an updated review when the works have been completed.

I bought an BMW X5 six weeks ago and was absolutely delighted with the level of customer service from Zee, he was thoroughly professional and a credit to the company with nothing being too much trouble, to a point that he even decided to personally deliver my new purchase to my home address in his own time which was really appreciated.
I have purchased five brand new cars over last 7 years from other main dealers and not one offered this level of customer service. Because of Zee I decided to return as I wanted to source a Range Rover Evoque for my wife and the customer assistance to me was again faultless and it was a pleasure to deal with all staff in the showroom.
I would thoroughly recommend the Car Sales Company Bury to anyone wanting to purchase a quality used car as all the staff clearly have excellent working values and will go above and beyond to ensure the customer is fully satisfied.
