Pleasant
The room was clean and a decent size with good lighting and a nice tv. The restaurant and bar area was also fantastic and the staff were great.
There was no hot water from either the tap or shower in the room in the afternoon even after running them both for 20 minutes. The toilet also would not flush properly and trickled all night making it hard to sleep.

Great for what we needed it for you
The location was excellent
The removal of the kettles while understandable was a bit silly as we had an iron and a remote control as well as a hairdryer so why were the kettles removed? The pillows were far to thin and the room was very dark.
