British Heart Foundation: Sponsored Swim at the Camberley Arena on 5th March 2011
The local BHF Supporters Group is staging its sponsored swim at the Camberley Arena on Saturday 5th March 2011. This event has been staged at the Arena for the last 10 years and has had many swimmers of all ages including many from local schools and colleges taking part. Last year’s event raised over £4500, and we want to make this year’s event even more successful.
The BHF is encouraging everyone to think about their heart health….and there is no better way to get the nation’s hearts beating than swimming and raising vital funds at the same time. This is the British Heart Foundations 50th Year and we are aiming to celebrate this by encouraging more people to participate at the Arena this year.

Date: 5th March 2011
Start Time: 6:30 pm
Parking: Free Parking at Leisure Centre.
What is required: Participants may swim up to 50-lengths but there is no minimum
Entry Fee: No charge.
Who can swim: No age restriction: you only need to be able to swim at least 1 length.
