Whether Damian Hirst’s infamous if rather graphic Cow installation was your cup of tea or not, one cannot deny he is one of the most prolific artists of our times, and some of his works - amongst others - have been generously donated to the Kettle’s Yard Gallery in Cambridge.
Kettle’s Yard is in need of an extension, and so the donations are part of a fundraising effort to add to this internationally renowned gallery, formerly home the late Tate Gallery curator, Jim Eade.
The exhibition is entitled ‘Artists for Kettles Yard’, and the donated pieces are on sale and display until the 8th May.
Don’t miss out on a treat for the eyes and the opportunity to help part of your local heritage grow.
