Tomorrow marks the start of the Cambridge annual Festival of Ideas, a series of events that explore all aspects of the arts, humanities and social sciences through performances, film screenings, hands-on activities, talks and workshops - for free!
Starting on Saturday 23rd October, this year's Festival is set to be bigger than ever, with a wide range of different events taking place in outdoor and indoor venues, parks and areas across the city centre.
Organised and curated by Cambridge University, highlights include a guest speech by acclaimed children's author Jacqueline Wilson talking about her life and works, as well as a Brazillian Drumming Workshop and the chance to star in your own film.
Further details on the wide range of events taking place over the weekend can be found at The Best of Cambridge events directory or the Festival of Ideas website.
