Effective from the 1st April 2010, the earnings threshold for workers undertaking statutory adoption, maternity, paternity and sick pay will rise from £95 to £97 per week.
At the same time, the statutory or minimum payments for workers undertaking adoption, maternity and paternity leave will increase from £123.06 to £124.88 per week.
Statutory sick pay will remain at £79.15 per week.
All workers will be entitled to the new rates from the 1st April onwards.
