The Employer Services Team, part of the Youth Support Team at Cambridgeshire County Council is a specialist local provision providing a vacancy service meeting the requirements of employers, the Raising Participation Age Strategy and the needs and aspirations of young people locally and across the county.
f you have not heard of us before may I explain that our service is a Government backed service looking after the interests of young people aged 13 - 24. Working within this remit is the Employer Services team which specialises in helping young people aged 16 - 24 find work. We do this by offering employers who have suitable vacancies the opportunity to advertise them FREE of charge on our website www.youthoria.org/find-a-job accessible to young people and in a weeklymagazine called 'The Vacancy Bulletin' which is issued each week to schools, colleges and our local Youth Support Service offices. Many young people look at this website and Vacancy Bulletin for opportunities and are actively seeking work.
